Gallery LVS & CRAFT returns to PAD London 2026 with the support of the Korea Craft & Design Foundation (KCDF). Founded in Seoul in 2008, the gallery represents a programme of contemporary art and craft, with a particular emphasis on painting and the decorative arts. Through curated exhibitions and participation in international fairs including COLLECT London, PAD London, SOFA Chicago and KOGEI Kanazawa, it has maintained a longstanding commitment to presenting Korean craft abroad.
 

This year’s presentation brings together thirteen artists from Korea, Japan and France. The restrained forms of Korean white porcelain, the measured proportions of wooden furniture and the intricate ornament of mother-of-pearl lacquerware are presented alongside textiles, metalwork, glass, jewellery and painting. Traces of wood firing on porcelain, the grain of timber and the changing light of shell against lacquer give each work a distinct character, informed by the artist’s skill and sensibility.
 

Works grounded in traditional techniques are shown alongside pieces made using resin and 3D printing, reflecting the breadth of contemporary craft. With attention to function, sculptural form and pictorial expression, the selection reflects the gallery’s approach to presenting art and design through a sustained engagement with craft.
